Organ donation set for shake-up with system review
ORGAN and tissue donation will come under closer management in the wake of a review of the system.
Assistant Health Minister Fiona Nash said the government would create a governance board for the Organ and Tissue Authority.
Senator Nash also pledged more data reporting on donation rates, including state-by-state and individual hospital breakdowns of donor information.
