LETTER: Don't forget you work for us, Malcolm Turnbull
MALCOLM Turnbull. You do not have a mandate to change the GST; you do not have a mandate to do anything other than to run this country on behalf of the share holders of this country, the people.
You do not have a mandate to create laws or to give our money as overseas aid without going to the people with a referendum on this subject.
Do politicians need to listen to the people more?
This poll ended on 20 November 2015.
Yes, they seem to do anything they please.
No, they are just doing what needs to be done.
They only seem to listen to certain demographics and groups.
This is not a scientific poll. The results reflect only the opinions of those who chose to participate.
You are an employee of the people, nothing more nothing less. You and all members of the parliament, and in fact all members of any government position, are employed by the share holders of this country, we the people.
You will do as you are directed to run this country for and on behalf of the share holders, and you will not change laws or invite people from other countries to come to our country without the permission of the share holders.
You will abide by the wishes and the will of the people or we will take action to remove you from your position and sack you and all members of your team.
PETER SCHUBACK, Hervey Bay
