SO WHAT makes a great video blog?

I would say that as 97% of businesses don't do them, I'd suggest anything you create.

Creating video content is the number one marketing tool all businesses should be doing, and doing now.

Coupled with audio podcasts, these two are the future for online marketing.

If you're like me and a little self-conscious when it comes to seeing yourself on video... as I say to myself, get over it and get on with it.

Whilst having enough content to choke a horse, very little is on video - that's about to change.

"Oh, but I don't have content" I often hear.

Below are four easy questions to answer that will give you enough content for two years (assuming you release one every two weeks):

Top 10 questions asked by your customers

Top 10 customer success stories

Top 10 fixes to the greatest problems in your industry from a consumers point of view

Top 10 products or services explained (focus on the benefits for your customers).

Now, like me, you don't have any excuses and your videos should be up on YouTube in no time.

I'd also recommend you pop these up on Vimeo as well as your Facebook page.

An important tip, don't share your Youtube or Vimeo link on Facebook (your reach will be penalised) load these direct to Facebook.

I was having dinner with a friend of mine last week who has a business on the Sunshine Coast.

His video uploaded the week before reached more than 21,000 people, with nearly 5000 views, all with no paid posts.
